The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternative

Nice Cloud Vapor is one of the companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Administration have issued caution letters to a further ten companies, including Cool Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) warning them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t have the correct premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids will be favored by young adults, but that adults also need to be protected contrary to the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. According to the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, they were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.

Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These claims were misleading, the FDA states, because no FDA regulatory benchmarks or laws exist to regulate dietary supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription market distribution label specifically stated that the product could be used as a dietary supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports take or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.

When a customer purchased Puff Bar, he / she should have understood that the product was intended for the intake of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavors were added after the manufacturing process. Based on the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the product to become misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the product.

The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include correct statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the product, the business’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation will be that the product was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small children would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false advertising and marketing is to strictly regulate the manufacturing of e-liquids. Suppliers cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or product packaging that claim that a product is acceptable on the market when it is definitely not.

Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Great Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice items including several premium brands, several which had a range of what flavors do puff bars come in. When I purchased my Neat Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was inappropriate.

Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a fairly large amount of nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking because the entire oral cavity of the disposable gadget was filled up with the whitish color of nicotine. I viewed the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between this product and the other products was that product did not contain any flavorings.

After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece carefully on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Quickly, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the trunk of my throat that was not offer during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My 2nd puff sent a hurry of flavour through my lips which lasted only for a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled gradually while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.

After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a mild pepper to taste. Following the third puff I experienced a sweet and tangy tastes with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, offering me each of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session and never have to worry about getting a bad buzz off of it.
